One and Two Bedroom Models

The Azalea is our one-bedroom, second-floor model with a bathroom accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room.  It has a roomy balcony off the living room and also a Juliette balcony off the master bedroom.

The Hawthorne is a two-bedroom, second-floor condo with a great floor plan for privacy, having each bedroom at opposite ends with ensuite bathrooms and the living area with breakfast bar and dining room in the middle.  The balcony can be accessed from both the living  area and the master bedroom.  

The Palmetto is the only first-floor two-bedroom, two bath  model.  In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a built-in office nook, walk-in pantry,  kitchen with island and dinette nook, a separate dining room and large laundry room with access to the garage.   The patio is accessible from both the master bedroom and the kitchen.

Large Two and Three Bedroom Models

The Magnolia on the second floor is our largest two-bedroom model.  There is an office nook, eat-in kitchen with a center island, a separate dining room and an extra-large second bedroom. The Magnolia has a split-floor living room and is one of two models that have a cozy, real wood-burning fireplace for extra ambiance.

The Camellia is our first floor, three-bedroom model with walk-in closets, office nook, large walk-in pantry and eat-in kitchen with center island and a bar. The patio is accessible  from the kitchen and master bedroom and there's a large laundry room with direct access to your garage.

The Cypress is our second floor, three-bedroom model with walk-in closets, office nook, convenient laundry, private balcony with access from the kitchen and master bedroom and wood-burning fireplace.  The kitchen has a walk-in pantry, center island, breakfast nook and bar.
